Opinions whether patients with early relapse should get the same therapy.

In general patients would relapse shortly after recieving prior systemic adjuvant therapy do poorly. Opinions vary as to how short a time interval would make it ill advised to try the same systemic therapy to a patients who had recieved it previously.
