This is a single contrast-enhanced CT obtained in the portal venous phase, showing multiple suspicious masses that appear to be confined to the right hepatic lobe. Some are quite large, probably measuring up to four or five centimeters. Although the lesions are approaching segment IV, they appear to be confined within the right lobe.
