Case 11: RADIOLOGIC ASSESSMENT

      Film Review

Discussant: CHAAN NG, MD (Dr Primrose Case)

Contrast-enhanced MRI:

This image shows an ill-defined lesion, approximately two to three centimeters in size, in segment VI of the right lobe. It is highly suspicious for metastasis. There happens to be a hyperintense bright lesion in the spleen, in this cut. I think that’s probably an incidental finding — probably a hemangioma.
