Case 44: RADIOLOGIC ASSESSMENT

      Film Review

Discussant: FERGUS COAKLEY, MD (Dr Adam Case)

Images:

These images are hard-copy images that have been either photographed or somehow digitized. Here are four contrast-enhanced CT images obtained in the portal venous phase showing multiple suspicious lesions scattered throughout both lobes of the liver, in particular multiple lesions are present in the right lobe. Examining the left lobe, I can see probably five lesions in the left hepatic lobe, so I don’t think this is a patient who’s a candidate for up-front surgery.
